Your event

These are the questions experienced hosts already know to ask themselves. Answer what you can — anything you are unsure about is worth saying so, and you can stop and come back at any point.

UTC offsets are shown for today; places that observe daylight saving change during the year.

So every time we show you is the one your audience will see. You can change it later.

Fully online means everyone joins from wherever they are. Choose the second option if any part of the audience will be together in a room — that changes how the event has to be run, so it is worth being sure.
Choose as many as apply, or "Nothing yet" if you are still working it out. We ask again in a more detailed way further on; this is your own view of it, and the two are both useful.
A session is one scheduled block of time. A single talk is one; a morning and an afternoon on the same day are two; three days running are three.
